Storytelling and strategy workshop based on the 7 principles of True Storytelling
TSI Strategy Workshop is for the organization that needs to prepare a new strategy, create momentum and community through work with the organization’s values and its stories. The methods Protreptik (value clarification) and the 7 principles of our ethical change-management method True Storytelling are used. TSI Strategy Workshop is also for organizations that need to merge departments and build a new common culture. The workshop has been used in Danish municipalities, among other places.

The workshop is based on the strategic starting point that you need to work with. The workshop is structured around the 7 principles of True Storytelling, which help you develop and anchor your future narrative and strategy.
You are inspired by creative surroundings
A requirement for a True Storytelling course is creative and inspiring surroundings that can help the implementation along the way. The course involves work with storytelling, artifacts, walks, etc. Our primary requirement is to create energy and immersion in the workshop.
You are trained in dialogues about values
Values are what bind organizations and people together and what allows us to make the right decisions under pressure. We work with the dialogue method protreptik, which is a form of dialogue that focuses on how to anchor values in the individual and in the organization. In contrast to setting guidelines for values, protreptik allows room for the individual’s interpretation of the value, as long as it supports the common strategy. You will experience how buzzwords become powerful concepts that you can act on.
Certified instructors
The instructors at the workshop are experienced consultants and leaders who are certified in True Storytelling. Before the workshop, an expectation alignment is carried out so that trust is built in advance. If new opportunities arise during the workshop, our instructors have the experience needed to adjust the program. After the workshop, we will gather together and plan your next steps.
